Unified messaging allows you to retrieve messages either from your phone or via a web portal from your PC. Using the web portal allows you to access messages even when you’re not in the office. You can then listen to messages via your PC speakers and can even email the message as an attachment. Additionally, you can set the system to email, text or even call you when a new message arrives.

Fax to Email

With fax to email you can completely remove the need for a fax machine altogether. Faxes are delivered directly to the desktop of the recipient just as a normal email would be. Additionally, users can send faxes directly from their desktop to traditional fax machines, therefore allowing users to have just one inbox for email, voicemail and fax.

Skype-In

There are currently in excess of 300 million worldwide Skype users. These users currently communicate between one another free of charge. However should these Skype users call someone outside of the Skype Network they are charged, just as with traditional telephony, a pence per minute cost for the call. Users of our VoIP service can now allow every single Skype user to contact them for free using our Skype-In application. By installing our application you create a gateway between our VoIP network and the Skype Network allowing these 300 million users to call just as they would any other Skype user, for free!
